About Vashynova Code
Engineering With Purpose. Building With People.
We build software for businesses and help early-career engineers learn how real software is designed, reviewed, and delivered.
Who We Are
Vashynova Code is the software development and engineering division of Vashynova. We build websites, applications, business software, AI solutions, and automation systems — and we run a structured internship programme for early-career engineers.
Our Mission
Build useful software while providing emerging engineers with opportunities to understand the engineering process through structured, supervised project experience.
Our Vision
To grow into a trusted engineering partner for businesses, and a place where new engineers learn to work the way professional teams work.

Meet the founder
Sunny Lingampally
Founder, Vashynova Code
Sunny founded Vashynova Code to build practical software for businesses and to give early-career engineers a real, supervised path into professional engineering work.
Sunny leads the company's engineering direction and client delivery, and shapes the internship programme around one idea: people learn best by building useful things alongside experienced reviewers.
What we believe
Principles that guide our work
Practical Engineering
We choose solutions that work for the problem in front of us, not the trend of the week.
Continuous Learning
Every project teaches something. We write it down and share it with the team.
Quality Delivery
Reviewed code, tested features, and documentation that the next person can follow.
Collaboration
Clear communication with clients and teammates, in the open and on record.
Accountability
We own our commitments, report progress honestly, and fix what we break.
Responsible Innovation
We use AI and automation where they help — with care for privacy, security, and people.
How we work
A simple, disciplined way of building software.
Clear process keeps projects predictable for clients and teaches good habits to everyone on the team.
- 01
Scope before code
We agree on goals, requirements, and what “done” means before development starts.
- 02
Short, visible iterations
Work is planned in small increments so you can see progress and give feedback early.
- 03
Reviewed and tested
Every change goes through code review and testing before it reaches production.
- 04
Documented handover
You receive the source code, setup notes, and guidance to run what we built.
Engineering culture
We work in the open.
Work is tracked on shared boards, discussed in pull requests, and reviewed by someone other than the author. Questions are welcome. Mistakes are fixed openly and turned into better checklists.
We prefer readable code over clever code, small changes over large ones, and written decisions over assumptions.
Early-career talent
Supervised, structured, honest.
Our internship starts with a guided technology foundation, then moves interns into supervised project teams. Mentors review their work, give structured feedback, and record outcomes.
We are clear about what the programme is: unpaid, three months, with a certificate only on satisfactory completion and no promise of employment.
Let's build something useful.
