1. Nature of the programme
The Vashynova Code engineering internship is a structured, supervised learning programme lasting 3 months. It has two stages: a Technology Foundation stage and a Project Engineering stage.
2. Compensation and fees
This programme is currently unpaid, subject to applicable laws and professional review. There is no application fee.
We will never ask you to pay for an application, selection, training, or certificate.
3. Duration, mode, and commitment
- Duration: 3 months.
- Working mode: Remote, on-site or hybrid — announced for each intake.
- Weekly commitment: Confirmed in your selection letter before you begin.
4. Eligibility and selection
Applicants must meet the published eligibility and track requirements. Selection is based on application review and screening and depends on available capacity and supervision. Submitting an application does not guarantee selection.
5. Supervision and project work
Interns work under assigned mentors. Project assignments may include internal products, demonstration projects, approved open-source contributions, or authorised client work, depending on availability. Client work is not guaranteed.
6. No guarantee of employment
The programme does not guarantee employment, placement, a job offer, or a stipend.
7. Completion certificate
A completion certificate with verified project and contribution details is issued only when an intern satisfactorily completes assigned work, participates in reviews, and passes the final assessment. Certificates can be verified publicly by ID and may be revoked if issued in error or obtained through misconduct.
8. Confidentiality
Interns must keep confidential any non-public code, data, credentials, and client information they access during the programme, during and after the internship.
9. Intellectual property and open source
Ownership of work created during the programme will be set out in a written agreement provided at onboarding. Contributions to open-source projects are made under those projects' licences. Interns may show their work in a portfolio where publication is permitted.
10. Conduct
Interns are expected to behave professionally, respect teammates, and follow security and code-of-conduct guidelines. Serious misconduct may lead to removal from the programme.
11. Withdrawal
You may withdraw at any time by informing your mentor. We will record the work completed up to that date. A completion certificate is issued only if programme requirements are met.
12. Your data
Application and programme data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
