2. How our forms work
This website does not store form submissions on its own servers. When you submit a form, your browser validates the details and opens WhatsApp with a pre-filled message. Your information is sent to us only when you choose to send that message in WhatsApp.
Messages sent through WhatsApp are also subject to WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy. Please avoid including sensitive personal information you do not want to share.
3. Information we collect
- Business enquiries: name, business email, company, phone (optional), service interest, project details, budget and timeline (optional).
- Internship applications: contact details, location, education, technical background, profile links, availability, reason for applying, resume link, and your acknowledgements.
- Questions: name, email, topic, and message.
Your browser saves a small record of your most recent submission (on your device only) to prevent accidental duplicate submissions. You can clear it by clearing your browser's site data.
4. How we use your information
- To respond to enquiries and discuss potential projects.
- To review internship applications, contact candidates, and administer the programme.
- To issue and verify completion certificates for interns who meet programme requirements.
We do not sell your personal information or use it for unrelated marketing.
5. Certificate verification
The certificate verification page displays only the certificate ID, internship track, completion status, issue date, and programme duration. An intern's name is shown only with their consent.
6. Retention
We keep enquiry and application information only as long as needed for the purpose it was shared for, or as required by law. You may ask us to delete your information at any time.
7. Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete the information you have shared with us, or withdraw consent for public display of your name on a certificate record. Contact us using the details above.

We may update this policy. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
